Fall Mini-Sessions
Service Description
Mini-Session Terms and Policies. Please Read! *Mini sessions are done on a specific date, at one location, for a specific theme/setting. The purpose of a mini session is to utilize the “set” or location in relevance to the holiday, and season. Therefore bringing props not associated with the set theme (ex: birthday, anniversary, etc…) are not permitted. Dates and locations are set and are unchangeable from the Mini-Session flyer. If a family prefers a different location or date, please consider booking a Full Family Session. *Time slots are no more than 10 minutes, therefore arriving on time for your session is crucial. Each session will start at the time it was scheduled. If a family is late, time will be taken away from their 10 minute duration in order to maintain schedule. *If a family needs to reschedule, please notify me within 96 hours (4 days) to figure out a different time-slot that is available on the allotted dates. If there are no available time slots and the family needs to reschedule, their mini-session may need to be cancelled. However they may use their deposit towards a Full Family session (starting at $325) that must be used within 3 months of their original session date, or session is cancelled with no refund on security deposit. If a family is a no-show, without notifying me to reschedule, session is cancelled, security deposit is not refunded and will not be rescheduled. As a courtesy, I do send out friendly reminder emails of their upcoming session. *If a family needs to reschedule within 24 hours, their mini-session is cancelled. However their security deposit can be used as credit toward a Full Family session that must be used within 3 months of their original session date, or session is cancelled and security deposit is not refunded. *No outfit changes please. Time slots are back to back and time is of the essence. With that said, I would rather spend my time connecting with your family rather than how many outfits are photographed. All mini-sessions include up to 6 people (pets not included). If you would like to add a pet, or additional person past 6 people, it is $50 per additional subject. Immediate family only please. If you would like to include extended family, please consider booking a Full Family Session. *Cancellation due to weather is at the photographer’s discretion only. *Payment of the session deposit is to secure your slot. There are no refunds given for the $100 security deposit.
Cancellation Policy
I, hereby grant and authorize the right to take, edit, alter, copy, exhibit, publish, distribute and make use of any and all pictures or video taken of me to be used in and/or for legally promotional materials including, but not limited to, newsletters, flyers, posters, brochures, advertisements, fundraising letters, annual reports, press kits and submissions to journalists, websites, social networking sites and other print and digital communications, without payment or any other consideration. This authorization extends to all languages, media, formats and markets now known or hereafter devised. This authorization shall continue indefinitely, unless I otherwise revoke said authorization in writing. I understand and agree that these materials shall become the property of Hartter Photography, and will not be returned. I understand I have no ownership as to digital and/or copyright materials or any other rights as to materials generated, produced, created or in any other way brought into existence by Hartter Photography. I understand that the purchase of any physical manifestation of images does not in any way change the ownership rights hereby stated. I understand I may not further reproduce any physical or data file images other than personal display only. I hereby hold harmless, and release from all liability, petitions, and causes of action which I, my heirs, representative, executors, administrators, or any other persons may make while acting on my behalf or on behalf of my estate. I further agree that may not bring any cush claim against Hartter Photography related to allegations of negligence as to property or venue choice, location, condition or any other such claims. I understand that despite the best efforts of all parties, that circumstances may dictate that any specific scheduled event may need to be cancelled, moved or in other ways be changed, and the security deposit paid upon booking is non-refundable. I agree that Hartter Photography shall not be responsible in any way for any costs incurred through such changes. I understand that photography is an art form. I understand that images may not be to my satisfaction for any number of reasons and agree the same to be beyond the control of Hartter Photography. I agree I am paying for services, such services being defined as Photography Services and agree to pay the agreed upon rate for those services independent of the images that may be produced. I understand this is a legally binding contract.
