Family Portrait Investment

I love to capture moments of families that will last a lifetime, from one generation to the next. I strive to help capture all moments shared and in between. From posed to candid, I love to get them all! Here some information you need to get started in booking a family session.​​​​

• All my family sessions are outdoors. My current studio size is only for newborns, infants and small children.

• Families will need to provide their own attire (adults and kiddos).

​

• All sessions are held either in the early morning (sunrise) or late afternoon (sunset). Times vary depending on the time of year. I do not do middle of the day outdoor sessions due to the harsh lighting, unless it is overcast and cloudy.

• All sessions are on weekday mornings or weekday evenings. I am unavailable on most weekends. If client needs a weekend session, please see A La Carte for additional costs.​​

• There is a possibility that sessions are to be rescheduled due to inclement weather. Just remember that overcast and cloudy are also ideal portrait conditions. Inclement weather includes extreme high winds, thunderstorms, rain, ice and foggy conditions. Snow is actually a desired setting, so when selecting a date, it is tentative. I always keep an eye out on the weather forecast. If a date needs to be moved up or back to make sure there is snow, it will not be an issue as long as it does not interfere with other clients.​​

• Session fee includes time and experience.

• The security deposit paid while booking your session is non-refundable. It is intended to block out my calendar for your session

​

• I understand the chaos of having a family getting ready, but please note there is a late/rescheduling fee. If the client is a no-show and does not inform me of needing to reschedule, there will be a rescheduling fee of $100 (if the client still wants a session). If the client is running late, please note that a late fee of $50 per 15 minutes that starts at 15 minutes AFTER the intended start of their session. For example, if a session is supposed to begin at 6:30 PM, and the client arrives at 7:30 PM, the late fee is [(60 minutes - 15 FREE minutes) * $50/15 minutes]= $150.

To book your session, please contact me by clicking here. We will agree on a time and date. Once I have you on my calendar, I require a $100 non-refundable deposit upon booking, that will be sent via invoice. It is intended to hold your session date and is applied towards the total cost of the package purchased. The remaining balance shall be paid by invoice sent after your session.

Typical turnaround time from your session to receiving all of your edited images is between 14-21 days. If my schedule is extremely busy, sometimes that turnaround can take a few more days. I always keep clients updated if more time is needed to get the images finalized.
