It's that time of year again....
Sweater Weather and Picture Time!
If anyone who knows me well, I might have a wee bit of a slight obsession with Fall. There's something about the crisp cool air, the smell of campfires, the start of football season, enjoying family fall festivities and of course, breaking out the fall attire. It is also time to get those yearly pictures for Christmas cards and gifts for the upcoming holidays.
Also, if you are worried about Football...

Mini-Session Terms and Policies
Mini sessions are done on a specific date, at one location, for a specific theme/setting. The purpose of a mini session is to utilize the “set” or location in relevance to the holiday, and season. Therefore bringing props not associated with the set theme (ex: birthday, anniversary, etc…) are not permitted. Dates and locations are set and are unchangeable from the Mini-Session flyer. If a family prefers a different location or date, please consider booking a Full Family Session (starting at $325).
If a family wants to keep their photos private (not on my social media page), please be sure to make note while booking.
Time slots are no more than 10 minutes, therefore arriving on time for your session is crucial. Each session will start at the time it was scheduled. If a family is late, time will be taken away from their 10 minute duration in order to maintain schedule.
If a family needs to reschedule, please notify me within 96 hours (4 days) to figure out a different time-slot that is available on the allotted dates. If there are no available time slots and the family needs to reschedule, their mini-session may need to be cancelled. However they may use their deposit towards a Full Family session (starting at $325) that must be used within 3 months of their original session date, or session is cancelled with no refund on security deposit. If a family is a no-show, without notifying me to reschedule, session is cancelled, security deposit is not refunded and will not be rescheduled. As a courtesy, I do send out friendly reminder emails of their upcoming session.

If a family needs to reschedule within 24 hours, their mini-session is cancelled. However their security deposit can be used as credit toward a Full Family session that must be used within 3 months of their original session date, or session is cancelled and security deposit is not refunded. Price of a Full Family session starts at $325.
No outfit changes please. Time slots are back to back and time is of the essence. With that said, I would rather spend my time connecting with your family rather than how many outfits are photographed.
Cancellation due to weather is at the photographer’s discretion only. Unity Village does have covered and rooved areas so if it is raining, we can easily do your session in a sheltered area as a last resort.
All mini-sessions include up to 6 people (pets not included). If you would like to add a pet, or additional person past 6 people, it is $50 per additional subject. Immediate family only please. If you would like to include extended family, please consider booking a Full Family Session (Essential, Deluxe or Premium).
Payment of the session deposit is to secure your slot. There are no refunds given for the $100 security deposit.
